It totally broke once during the warranty so I got a new base.Next thing to go (after 3 years) - pinch detectors. Replaced them. Then DFI sensor so I replaced that and upgraded to the connect. Then after 6 months the connect circuit board stopped working (solid yellow light - no buttons worked) so I switched back to the old circuit board.The drawer is empty, the bag is not in the way, and it will not cycle at all, even when unplugged and plugged back in. Troubleshooting said to wipe the sensor with a qtip, so I wiped down the area, although I don't really see a black spot that looks like the lense shown in the YouTube videos.
