For proper PvP your crew is fine but you will likely find at your level that Kirk/Spock/Khan is better. And 5/10/Kirk/Spock is better still. If you insist on using a burning crew 5/10/Kumak/Nero or 5/10/Kumak/Georgiou is better for PvP as well.
