This is baby's first try at baby's first ship builds. Originally written at the end of 3.2 with 3.3 on the horizon, for single-player. Now updated to 3.9 for THE META. Frigates are anti-big-ship, so against the AI the answer is "probably not" - but they have an incredible effectiveness against Leviathans and can allow you to kill them earlier.
