Try auto populate email, disconnect wifi completely, try clearing caches if possible, switch on off. Try those steps in different order, it seems like a connection issue that could be solved by resetting IP or something. I guess the best you can do is go to Bethesda's twitter and official forum and raise hell with everyone else experiencing the problem until they fix the servers.
