Oct 24, 2023 · The server was excellent. The negative of the visit was the male hostess (believed to be the manager). Before going to Red Lobster, I made a priority seating reservation through OpenTable. Once arriving, I told him (the hostess/manager) that I had a preferred seating reservation for 2 through the app. Set a table for two for 18:00, and we weren’t sat at a table until 19:22. 82 minute wait… ALSO, by using open table, we were placed at the bottom of the list (including walk-ins who had no “reservation.” Adriana the server was the only true selling point/saving grace of this experience, and the food was standard red lobster food.

BUT, Red Lobster Brea did not honor Open Table’s waitlist placement. I suggest Open Table take Red Lobster off their restaurant list if the restaurant won’t even honor Open Table’s services.
