Between the two, I think the QMS is just a bit smoother, so the ACT is a step up from that. The PSA EPTs regularly go on sale for $30, at that price I think they're still the best bang for the buck. Its worth its price for sure. I found a video comparing it directly to the BCM PNT which is basically everything you want in a duty type gun. Its not meant for precision shooting but will still be decent in the application. I own an ALG ACT, BCM PNT and PSA EPT and they're all about the same.
