Poe phys spells

You can't cause bleeding through spells. Specifically it requires an "Attack" keyword on the gem and as far as I can remember there are no spells in the game with the Attack keyword on them. Poison is a fair alternative however. I'm curious to know what you are thinking and why it's important to be able to cause bleed with spells. .
