Remote worked with old router/modem. Screen Logic hardware is getting a DHCP IP address. Local network is 192.168.0.xxx. Screen Logic configuration wants to set Default Gateway and DNS Server to 192.168.10.1, which will not allow remote access. I set these to 192.168.0.1 and it still does not work for remote log in. Pretty common problem. Couple things to try: reset everything. Move protocol adapter and antenna farther away from other items like routers--supposed to be 4' but that's difficult. I’m having the same issues, was working fine a few months ago but the remote access stopped working.
