The mount on the right is brand new I believe. On the back of the package it lists the renegade and 54 caliber Hawken mount number to be 9754. these are part number 9749. I think those mounts are specific to the Lobo and Recoil Proof scopes that TC used to sell. AA 5744 was a Recommended Book Powder for the .50 Cal Savage 10-ML. What Henry & Bill Ball the Inventors used. Very easily ignited, kind of Dirty Burning & Not the Best Velocity. A muzzleloader with a modern barrel can absolutely run on smokeless powder. I've been doing it for more than a decade. Dozens of dead deer. Using smokeless powder is the only reason to build a muzzleloader using a modern barrel.
