Litter Robot owner here -- Have had two litter robots and I think a recent batch of circuits is faulty. First one had no trouble with DFI for years; second one I bought refurbished and DFI went in 2 months. I replaced the DFI on first one, that lasted only 2 months. If Whisker does not get on top of this, they will lose their audience. As for the blue blinking light, it’s related to the DFI sensor. Let us know if you need further assistance.
