May 31, 2020 · I have been all over that mountain, standing on top of it right now. Shows me on top if it on the map. Passed Raldbthar on the way up. Wiki said that was for a Dark Brotherhood quest. What side of this mountain do I need to come from to find Arkngthand? I'll just save on top of the mtn and log out until I can figure this out. Brynjolf and Karliah are probably wondering what is taking me so long. .

i need to get to what seems the third story of this ruin but i’m stuck on the first ground level and don’t know how to get up.
