Aug 4, 2021. #1. I had my defective Intellitouch boards replaced by a pool technician with an Easy Touch system. The wireless control panel has been configured and operates the pumps, features, lights, etc. properly. On the old system, I had a protocol adapter connected to my LAN and hardwired to the COM port with the antenna transceiver.The pool and spa water temperatures showing in the app are significantly different than the actual water temperature. Example: Pentair Screenlogic reads that the water temp is 99degrees, but the in pool thermometer reads that the water is only 72 degrees (and it definitely feels like 72 not 98!).
