After finishing the quest I merged bushes and made 5 wonders and collected 2000 in coins.This map is Fjord 11, and the same thing happened to me on Totem Grid I think. In both maps the seeds had already existed on locked land. In Totem Grid when the level started each dragon seed (on unhealed land) had a star challenge bubble pop up showing 0/2 but nothing happened when the land healed.
