Litter robot pinch fault

My LR4 has been showing a pinch detect fault all day and I’m not sure if this could be why.. while I was cleaning I noticed this foam strip sticking out above the catch bin. I cleaning the entire LR, the litter is “optimal” and the bin is empty so i’m not sure what else it could be.. anyone have any ideas?.

I cleaned the contacts and still had pinch fault. The pinch wiring feeds to the dfi board so I replaced the dfi board and pinch alarm went away. I also had the red,yellow light. It turned out that I partially pulled out the dfi plug on main board when putting it back together. The plugs have to be seated till they lock in place.
