FYI, this is only a temp fix. Dirt can go straight into the switch, causing a change in resistance, causing the issue to come back. I fixed this by taking my left controller part, disassembling the thumbstick switch, cleaning it, and then filled it with dielectric grease. It wasn't easy, but now I haven't had stick drift since.Dirt.
