elvui customtweaks has a castbar text color option. Not quite sure what you are wanting the castbars to look like, in elvui the coloring options are under General -> colors -> castbar. Other options (sizing, icon etc.) are under the focus frame options in unit frames.I can't find it in the settings. Can't check the game right this minute, might be wrong. I think you can right-click the target unit portrait and there is an option to enable the cast bar underneath. There has to be. Right click on the target‘s unit frame and there’s an option that says „castbar underneath unit frame“. Solved it!unitframes->player frame->castbar. disable or move it from there.
